In petroleum logging, the vibration while drilling is very large, and the underground temperature is high, so the radiation detector is required to be used in high temperature and high vibration environment. According to the requirements of the customer, we conducted research on the packaging, so that the device can be used in high temperature vibration environment. This type of package is the most difficult of all device types.
